Glowcose NZ is committed to providing reliable, timely delivery for all customers across New Zealand. All orders are shipped directly from our Christchurch-based distribution location.
Pre‑Orders
What Are Pre‑Orders?
From time to time, selected Glowcose products may be available for pre‑order. This allows you to secure your device or accessory ahead of its official release. Pre‑orders ensure your item is reserved and dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Dispatch for Pre‑Orders
Once a pre‑ordered item is released and ready for distribution, our team will prioritise its preparation and dispatch. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Order Processing
For all orders—including pre‑orders—we aim to process and dispatch items within 1–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Delivery Timeframes
After your parcel has been handed to NZ Post, delivery timeframes are determined by NZ Post’s service standards. Please note that Glowcose NZ does not have control over courier operations once an item has been dispatched, and occasional delays may occur.
Track Your Order
You can easily track your order at any time. Once your item has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking details so you can follow your Glowcose product on its journey to you.
